Aggregate Impact Value Test Apparatus

Make: AMV Scientific Co.

Model: AMV-AE-60010

Origin: India

Aggregate Impact Value is robustly designed to determine the aggregate impact value of aggregates which provides a relative measure of the resistance of an aggregate to sudden shock or impact. The counter fitted to the machine automatically records the number of blows delivered to the sample, manufactured from heavy duty plated steel to resist corrosion.

AMV aggregates impact value test apparatus is used to determine the aggregate impact value which provides a relative measure of the resistance of an aggregate to sudden shock or impact. The counter fitted to the machine automatically records the number of blows delivered to the sample. AIVTA aggregate impact value test apparatus manufacturers, suppliers and exporters in Delhi, India, is made from steel protected against corrosion.

Aggregate Impact Value Test Apparatus is supplied complete with;

  • Aggregate impact value test apparatus is supplied complete with a cylindrical measure of 75 mm Dia x 50 mm depth

Aggregate impact value test method

AMV Aggregate impact value test is conducted to determine the toughness of the aggregates. For testing, the specimen passing through 12.5 mm sieve but retained on 10 mm sieve is filled in 3 layers with 25 time stamping on each layer and then hammer of 13.5 to 14 kg is dropped freely from a height of 38 cm for 15 blows.

Aggregate crushing value test?

AMV Aggregate impact value test apparatus is used to determine aggregate impact value of coarse aggregate. The hammer of the tester fall freely from 380 mm height on coarse aggregate for 15 times/15 sec. the crushed aggregate removed from the cup, then sieved and weighed.

What is the limit of impact value?

AMV Aggregate impact value test Not more than 45% for aggregates to be used in concrete other than for wearing surfaces. For concrete grades, M 65 and above, more robust aggregates are required, and hence the maximum AIV shall not exceed 22%.

We are aggregate impact value test apparatus manufacturers, suppliers and exporters in Delhi, India, using excellent raw materials to ensure good functionality and durability.
